The Shoulders “the burden areas” - Carrying the weight of the world. False beliefs here could be, “No one can do what I can do, no-one understands me, life is tough, I feel overwhelmed, my universe does not support me”. The Heart Center - Grief, sadness, sorrow and loss. False beliefs here could be, “I am unloved. I am unappreciated. I am helpless. I always feel so much pain and grief. I am alone”. Consciousness Codes anchoring and activating are Love, alignment, forgiveness, compassion, gratitude and appreciation.

Fear Center (solar plexus area). False beliefs here could be, “I do not feel like I am in control. I am powerless. I am always being taken advantage of. I am fearful of standing up for myself”. Consciousness Codes anchoring and activating are self-esteem, sovereignty, power, and integrity.

Anger Center (right side of the body). Anger and rage, jealousy or resentment. False beliefs here could be, “others are always better off than I am, the world is full of people who only care about themselves, how is it that others have so much, and I have so little”. Consciousness Codes activating are aligning to higher perspectives, authenticity, and embracing challenges as perceived initiations.

Emotional Center related to Shame (left side of the body, around the waist area). Guilt and Shame and Unworthiness. Issues here may be unacceptance, self-judgment and self-criticism. False beliefs here could be, “I am not worthy, I am not good enough. No one will ever love me, I am always going to be on my own”. Consciousness Codes anchoring and activated are worthiness, trusting your intuition and gut feelings.

Emotional Center related to Old Earth (sacral area, around the hips). Issues here are related to family and sexual issues, childhood conditioning, violation of the body and/or personal space. False beliefs here could be, “I am not safe. Sex is sinful. I am going to be hurt. I am always hurt. No one loves me”. Consciousness Codes anchoring and activated as honoring of Self, clear boundaries, forgiveness and Love.

Lack of Support and lack of Financial Support (along the lower back on the right side of the body).  False beliefs here could be, “I am never going to be able to make a living in what I love doing. I have no money. Money is the root of all evil. My Universe is not supporting me”.  Consciousness Codes anchoring and activating are support, abundance, personal power and alignment to the Divine Masculine.

Survival Center (base chakra).  False beliefs here could be, “I am not sure if I will survive this. I will never again be able to be intimate with another. I trust no-one. I must protect myself from others at all costs”. Consciousness Codes anchoring and activating are Divine Love, trust and alignment to the Divine Feminine.

Rejection Center (right side of the body, close to the base chakra area).  Issues here could be abandonment or criticism or judgement or self-rejection.  Common false beliefs include, “I am always abandoned by those I Love. Others are always judging me. I know I am not good enough. I don’t want to be here. I will never be able to fully Love and appreciate myself”. Consciousness Codes anchoring and activating are support, connection, healthy boundaries, healthy relationships, harmony and respect.

Betrayal Center (on the left side of the body, close to the base chakra).  The perception of being betrayed by someone one loves, or self-betrayal. False beliefs here could be, “People always betray me and take advantage of me. I am deserving of being betrayed. I must not a nice person. I deserve all the bad things that happen to me, because this is my karma”. Consciousness Codes anchoring and activating are power of choice and mastering your inner reality.
